4-week series: Release Neck and Shoulder Tension Series: $48 / Drop in: $15 (or pay-what-you-can)
Wednesdays at 12:00 pm ET - Feb 3, 10, 17, 24 or Saturdays at 10:00 am ET - Feb 6, 13, 20, 27 A common way that stress is expressed in our bodies is by the unnecessary contraction of the muscles of the upper back, neck and shoulders - especially with the long hours that most of us spend in front of screens. In this series of 4 lessons, we will do gentle movement sequences lying on a mat on the floor to relieve tension in this area. As with all Feldenkrais lessons, the positive effects tend to generalize to our whole physical and emotional self. Classes last 60 minutes, with optional time for questions afterward. Audio recordings are provided. Group size: 2 to 8 students. To enroll, send me a text or email:
